On June 10, on Bukowo Lake in Dąbki, the Darłowo Commune, the ISSA Festival of Sails and the next Sailing Regatta Festival took place. This time the regatta took place in two open categories: for the ISSA Cup and cabin yachts: for the Cup of the Mayor of the Darłowo commune. The youngest participants in the regatta raced in a separate Optymist class.
After the races the participants enjoyed grilled dishes and had fun with music of the shanty band “Niezbędny Balast” of the Maritime School in Darłowo.
The event was of a sailing and tourism character in order to promote active recreation under sails on Lake Bukowo. Thank you all for participating in the event and having great fun. We invite you to take part in the next festivals.
